🖼️ Cascade Hollow
Original oil painting by Hope Blakely
📍 Painted during a 2021 workshop with Steve Ross in Winchester, Indiana
📐 18 x 24 inches | Stretched canvas
Nestled between moss-covered cliffs, a hidden waterfall flows gently into a dark, glassy pool — all bathed in the soft glow of a sunrise sky. Cascade Hollow was created by Hope Blakely during a 2021 class with Steve Ross, son of Bob Ross. The piece honors the wet-on-wet technique and tranquil storytelling made famous by the Ross family.
The painting invites viewers to breathe deeply, listen to the falls, and step into the stillness of the forest.
