“Empty” by Hope Blakely
A serene canvas born in creative collaboration.
Empty is an original oil painting created by Hope Blakely during a live workshop led by renowned artist Kevin Hill. Inspired by Kevin’s expert demonstration, this piece reflects both his clear instruction and Hope’s own artistic interpretation from that day.
The scene depicts a peaceful, perhaps deserted, landscape—quiet, reflective, and open-ended—allowing viewers to bring their own emotions and meaning to the composition. The soft blend of sky and land creates a calm, meditative mood, embracing emptiness as a powerful visual and emotional space.
