Eligibility
The Blakely Art Collection Monthly Original Art Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
Complete the Monthly Original Art Giveaway entry form by providing your first name, last name, and email address. No purchase or payment is required.
Only one entry is necessary. Once entered, your name remains in the eligible drawing pool for future monthly drawings until you win, ask to be removed, become ineligible, or the giveaway program ends.
Agreeing to receive promotional or marketing email from Blakely Art Collection is not required to enter or win. Marketing-email signup is offered separately and is optional.
Monthly Drawing
Entries received by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on the final calendar day of each month will be eligible for the following monthly drawing.
One potential winner will be selected at random on or about the first day of the following month from all eligible entries then in the drawing pool.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in the drawing pool at the time of the drawing.
Current Featured Prize
The current featured prize is the original painting The Quiet Refuge by Hope Blakely, with an approximate retail value of $375.
The winner may choose either The Quiet Refuge, with standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States paid by Blakely Art Collection, or a $375 one-time art credit toward another eligible, currently available original artwork from Blakely Art Collection.
Studio Seconds are excluded from the art-credit option. If the selected artwork costs more than $375, the winner may pay the difference. If the selected artwork costs less than $375, there is no cash refund, remaining balance, or future credit. The art credit is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
If the Featured Painting Becomes Unavailable
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the email address supplied with the entry and must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the notification. If the potential winner fails to respond within that period, declines the prize, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Prize Selection and 60-Day Deadline
After responding within the required 7-day period, the winner may request shipment of the featured painting immediately or may take up to sixty (60) calendar days from the original winner-notification date to decide whether to accept the featured painting or use the applicable art credit. If the winner does not make a prize selection within those 60 days, the prize is forfeited.
One Win Per Person
Each entrant may win only once during the Blakely Art Collection Monthly Original Art Giveaway program. Once an entrant is selected as the winner, that entrant is permanently removed from the future drawing pool, whether the prize is accepted, declined, or ultimately forfeited.
Shipping
Blakely Art Collection will pay standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States when the winner chooses the featured painting.
If the winner uses the art credit toward another eligible artwork, the normal shipping terms applicable to that artwork will apply.
No Cash Alternative
Except for the art-credit option expressly described above, the prize has no cash redemption value.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue future monthly drawings if circumstances make continued administration impractical or unlawful. Any such change will not reduce a prize already awarded.
Privacy and Email
Information supplied on the giveaway entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, maintain the drawing pool, and contact potential winners.
Receiving marketing email is optional and separate from sweepstakes participation. Choosing not to receive promotional email—or later unsubscribing from promotional email—does not remove an otherwise eligible entry from the giveaway drawing pool.
