Max Winningham and I met for the first time in 2019 in class with Steve Ross and Dana Jester. It has been a great joy to go back to Winchester, Indiana each year to paint with my good friend Max. He adds his own unique touch to each painting we has even named his trees, the Max tree. I have this amazing landscape painting that I greatly enjoy, however  his seascapes are my favorite. One day I will add on to the collection.
